Paul is the Director of Westminster Associates UK. He has over 22 years of experience at both a strategic and operational level. His experience spans a wide range of industries in both the public and private sectors, and his areas of expertise include personal development, team development, and leadership development, as well as extensive experience in developing sales teams and sales leadership teams. He works across all levels of an organisation, adapting his approach accordingly, to ensure he hits the target with every group at every level. Paul’s assignments have led him to develop a wide range of programs based on Insights Discovery, with a specialty in delivering results which show permanent and measurable change.
Kevin is the Director for Westminster Associates North America. His proven track record in operational leadership is founded on his previous role as National Client Services Director at Goldman Sachs, which included leading and developing a high-performing team across multiple locations, with a focus on customer service excellence, team effectiveness, and mentoring. Kevin works at all levels of organisations to help individuals and teams become the best possible version of themselves. He fosters an environment where people can be open and honest, which encourages them to be comfortable in expressing themselves, and which leads to greater productivity, team agility, and employee engagement.

Paul has over 22 years of experience in the field of organisational and people development at both a strategic and operational level. This experience spans a wide range of industries in both the public and private sectors.
Paul has worked extensively throughout the UK, mainland Europe, North America, the Middle East, India, China, Malaysia and Australia. He is well versed in the nuances and cultural awareness needs of regionalised development, as well as the practical challenges that such delivery involves.
Core competencies include leading and developing a highly-functional corporate culture, Executive and Board development, transformational leadership effectiveness, sales team and sales leadership development, and team effectiveness.
Paul’s assignments have led him to develop a wide range of programs using Insights Discovery, with a specialty in delivering result showing permanent and measurable change. Programs are specialised for each client as well as for each level of an organisation, from Executive level to team leadership to sales leadership enablement.
He works across all levels of an organisation, adapting his approach accordingly, to ensure he hits the target with every group, at every level.
Paul has a current focus on, and extensive experience of working with early to late start-ups in the UK and San Francisco Bay Area as they grow their people, teams, culture and leadership capabilities.
Director, UK and International
Kevin is the Director of Westminster Associates North America. His proven track record in operational leadership is founded on his previous role as National Client Services Director at Goldman Sachs, which included recruiting, mentoring and coaching entire teams, with a focus on customer service excellence, team effectiveness, and career advancement. Under his leadership, the North American teams developed an excellent client rapport with an extremely exacting, 24/7/365 client.
Kevin’s core competencies include leading and developing high-performing virtual and multi-location teams who are viewed as trusted, valued, fully-integrated members of an organization. He promotes a positive and supportive climate by ensuring there is consistency between individual, team, and organizational goals, values and actions.
Kevin builds work environments where people can be open and honest and are respected for being themselves. He enables others to feel a sense of trust and openness, which encourages them to be comfortable in expressing themselves, and which leads to greater productivity, team agility, and employee engagement.
Kevin is an Insights Discovery accredited practitioner.
Director, North America
Daniel is a mental health specialist with 14 years of experience developing mental robustness and resilience in the military. He is a coach, facilitator and mentor. He combines his military knowledge and skills with Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Insights Discovery and as a Mental Health First Aid England instructor.
Daniel has run mental health related programmes with leaders and teams in the tech, finance, and the public sector, coaching high potential leaders to be ready for the responsibility and complexity of director roles.
Having deployed to Afghanistan as a high-risk assurance searcher at the age of 21, he is highly skilled in helping others manage stresses and anxiety. Daniel leverages the skills acquired whilst serving as a High-Risk Improvised Explosive Device searcher and Commando Physical Trainer in the Army to help individuals and businesses to reduce work-related mental health issues such as stress and anxiety.
He spent 8 years as a commando physical training instructor serving on the pre-commando training team and at a training school. He loves stoic philosophy, is a keen bookworm, and an avid sports fan. Football is his first sport, and Everton his first love (he enjoys challenges!) In recent years, he’s been drawn to rugby union and to following England, but has a soft spot for the All Blacks.
Tracy is a qualified Business Psychologist. She specialises in working with managers and leaders exploring behavioural issues of the organisation, the team, the individual and their interpersonal skills, to improve relationship building and communication, leading to improved business performance. This includes looking at conflict resolution, performance management, leading and developing high performing teams, managing change and project management.
Tracy has highly developed facilitation and teaching skills and has designed and delivered a range of leadership development programmes specialising in leading service improvement and change management. She also works as an organisational development consultant and has designed processes in talent management, succession planning, workforce planning, appraisal and competency frameworks.
Tracy is a qualified business psychologist with over 25 years experience in developing people including 5 years working as a senior manager leading on education and training strategy.

Tracy has worked with clients in the NHS, Banking and Finance, Pharmaceutical Industry, Engineering, Public Sector, Emergency Services, as well many others.
Tracy likes to work in an environment where she can achieve visible and tangible results. She is happy to challenge and through this her energy to progress positively forward is increased. She is very happy to initiate new ways of working, communicate vision to others and able to turn that vision into reality.
Tracy provides strength to others, is a natural leader and enjoys working on a variety of tasks and projects.
Dan brings years of experience to Westminster Associates thanks to his previous role as an in-house facilitator for Insights as part of their Global Delivery Excellence team. He has extensive experience in delivering all of the Insights models, including the Personal Effectiveness, Team Effectiveness, Sales Effectiveness and Leadership Effectiveness. This experience allows him to facilitate creative solutions for clients and create business breakthroughs for individuals and teams.
Dan has designed and delivered solutions in a variety of industries, including engineering, finance, pharma, retail, manufacturing, media, and public sector/social care/health, and has worked with a wide range of teams from top level senior management to employees with first-hand customer contact, gaining an outstanding track record of customer feedback along the way.
His style is flexible, warm, knowledgeable and authentic, with an intuitive ability to respond and adapt to the needs of individuals and teams in real-time, real-world situations. He is adept at creating positive learning environments which encourage personal growth, and which foster both personal and business breakthroughs.
His background is in psychology and substance misuse progressed into personal development and facilitation. The common theme throughout his career is a focus on behavioural understanding and change, and the way our behaviours impact on ourselves and others, be they in a personal, team, or leadership context.
