Outside of client work, Paul supports a number of regional and community initiatives including Clatterbridge Cancer Centre NHS Trust, The Hive Wirral Youth Zone and Shelter Northwest. He also serves as a Community First Responder for the Northwest Ambulance Service NHS Trust, responding to cardiac arrest and heart attack call outs, which keeps most leadership challenges in perspective.

Away from work he enjoys travelling, theatre and discovering inventive food. Born in the 60s and raised on the music of the 80s, he remains convinced it was the greatest decade for music ever made, although the haircuts are probably best left in the past.

Outside of work, you will likely find Jack on the golf course, playing padel, or watching football. A keen traveller and PADI certified Rescue Diver, he is just as comfortable beneath the surface exploring reefs and swimming alongside sharks as he is helping teams explore what lies beneath how they work together.

Tracy is a qualified Business Psychologist, with extensive experience supporting the development of individuals, teams and senior leaders through facilitation and coaching. Her background includes leadership roles at senior and Board level, giving her first hand insight into the realities of building high performing teams to deliver the needs of the business.

Her approach is supportive, thoughtful and enabling, creating environments where people feel safe to explore real issues. Tracy has worked with many international leaders to transform relationships across huge geographical areas. She provides coaching support to those both in and transitioning into executive roles, and to individuals with personal and professional development, helping them to navigate challenges, manage change and strengthen their personal effectiveness.

Tracy has designed, delivered and evaluated leadership and development programmes across a wide range of businesses, in the private, public and charitable sectors.

With more than 20 years of experience across Learning & Development, Talent and People Experience, she has supported organisations through periods of growth, transformation and cultural change across hospitality, real estate and technology.
