Having worked with Westminster Associates for a number of years on various projects such as sales management leadership development, Insights Discovery® profiling and understanding team dynamics, I have found them to be at all times a true business partner. With a lot of other organisations I have worked with in the past there has been a lot of trying to fit our organisation into “their box”.
However, with Westminster Associates, Paul has taken his time to really understand Pitney Bowes and how we operate as a business. With many business units all working under one umbrella is would be an easy assumption to make that “one size fits all” however that is not the case for us and Paul has spent so much time with each business unit leader that I truly believe he would be mistaken for a colleague rather than a partner!
All of this has helped when delivering what could be some truly difficult messages. At all times he has over delivered on all expectations. I would recommend both Paul as an individual and Westminster Associates as a partner of choice.
