Our collaboration with Westminster Associates and the various Insights solutions they have used has brought great benefits to both my HR function and a number of the management teams based in Europe. Together, the Westminster Associates consultants and the Insights programmes have given us a new “colour” language to help describe our differing leadership preferences, which has certainly improved awareness and team effectiveness.
We are on the point of adopting Insights as a corporate leadership process, which we will weave into our existing succession planning and performance management systems. Although not the panacaea for all leadership challenges, the Insights programmes have taken our collective understanding of personal preferences to a new level, which indirectly will help us achieve our business objectives.
Westminster Associates have been particularly responsive in tailoring workshops to our particular needs and in running individual coaching sessions for senior managers. The fact that we have engaged with Westminster Associates during a period of significant change within Pitney Bowes has made their transformational leadership programme all the more relevant to our needs.
