Owner and Director, Paul Thompson has over 18 years’ experience working within talent management and learning at both a strategic and operational level across a wide range of industries in the Private and Public sectors. Paul has consulted extensively throughout the UK and mainland Europe and in North America, the Middle East, India, China, Malaysia and Australia on global, client assignments.
Paul is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD) and an accredited CIPD Associate/Facilitator. He holds the British Psychological Society Certificate of Competence in Occupational Testing Levels A/B and is an OPQ. He is also an Insights Discovery® accredited licensed practitioner and a member of the Insights internal Facilitation Pool/Faculty.
