Our Background

Westminster Associates was established in 2002 and since then, has earned a reputation for providing consultancy solutions that simply put, improve a client’s condition and inspire and enable those involved to continue to do so after we have disengaged. Our aim is to become a collaborator and partner to our clients, adding value and expertise, as opposed to being just another ‘pair of hands’ or an expensive extension of their own Human Resources function.

We pride ourselves in delivering quality, innovative and measurable solutions to our clients and have already gained national recognition for our abilities at the National Training Awards from the Learning and Skills Council (LSC) when we were awarded the East of England award for a solution that we developed in partnership with one client.

Our Approach

Over recent years there has been a significant increase in external stakeholders and consultancy groups telling organizations that culturally things must change if they wish to remain viable and relevant in the future.

However the distinct lack of guidance on how to effectively pursue behavioural change in organizations with ingrained and complex sub cultures has often left many senior leaders and OD professionals frustrated

Our Solutions

Our work in this area has seen us engage with clients in four main areas:

  • Strategy Formulation – what the future looks like and how to get there
  • Change Management – how to enroll and unite the organization behind a common Vision
  • Cultural Transformation – fundamentally transforming the way organizations ‘do business’
  • Creativity and Innovation – encouraging ideation and ensuring these behaviours are rewarded
